This one could be decisive

It’s been said that vice-presidential debates don’t determine the outcome of presidential elections.

Tonight’s face-off between Vice President Joe Biden and U.S. Rep. Paul Ryan — the Democratic and Republican nominees, respectively, for vice president — might be different.

The debate occurs tonight at 8, and will air on KACV-TV. The venue for the debate is Danville, Ky.

The stakes are high for both presidential-vice presidential tickets, as the race looks like it’s headed for a photo finish on Nov. 6. Biden needs to stop the momentum that the Republicans have gained in recent days; Ryan needs to stand up to the vice president’s expected onslaught.

There will be two more presidential encounters with President Barack Obama and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney. But tonight, the No. 2 men take center stage.

Tune in, take a look, have a listen … and be sure to vote.
